I have been using a remix of the lamp-poc project for a while now, but sometimes it seems to break. The project will just load forever until I make a change to the glitch.json file. Is there any way I could fix this?

So for this question, I met it before too,
I just wait for a few minutes and try again,
maybe it is because of bad connection or server busy.

I think this has to do with the fact Glitch projects fall asleep and take quite a bit to load.
And it’s not like you can use pingers now.
