[Added] Mobile support for console

I often use mobile when I’m not home and sometimes I have to run something in the console, but currently, that is not supported and I can’t fix whatever happened until I get home or use another method. It would be great if the console supported mobile devices.

Yes, I agree. This also doesn’t work on my LG K20 PLUS Android 7.0
