Hoping to support AI generation features, similar to v0.dev.
That would be nice probably need the user to activate a feature just in case the user doesn’t want to use AI. The user can choose to have their own AI connected or use the chosen one from glitch.
I will do my best to help promote this for you.
So @wh0 made a VSCode extension named “fishcracker” that connects Glitch to VSCode, and from there, you can add GitHub’s Copilot (limited) or Google’s* Gemini (probably not as limited) to VS.
*Google released this “codeassist” that allows you to impliment Gemini into VSCode. It appears to be free.
So my advice for the time being is FishCracker + Google or GitHub.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Yea but if glitch put it into their main system to where its in the editor page of glitch not just a vs code version. this could help people new to coding and to this program.
I am not saying it is a bad idea. I was just saying that for the time being this is all there is. I also know that people can create Glitch extensions. (see monarch)
