When a similar query was raised earlier last year, @cori had replied:

currently our support staff doesn’t have the bandwidth to participate effectively in something real-time like a Discord server and it’s important to us that as much help as possible be done somewhere that everyone on the internet can see. We don’t have any plans to create or participate in a Discord, although that could always change.

which I agree with. But let’s see what they think now, again: @support_staff.
