As we shared with the community, Glitch app hosting will be ending on July 8. In that announcement, we promised to update our Pro members on your subscriptions. Here are the details you need to know.
- If you had an active subscription on June 1st, you will retain full Glitch Pro status through the end of project hosting on July 8th.
- We have already applied a coupon in Stripe for all Glitch Pro members to ensure that there will be no new charges from June 1st on. If you were charged, please reach out to us at support@glitch.com so we can get that taken care of for you.
- Before project hosting is sunset on July 8th, we will issue pro-rated refunds for any annual subscribers, covering all charges for services from June 1st.
Like I mentioned above, if you have any issues with your Glitch Pro account being properly refunded or credited, please email us so our team can help you out.
