App stuck fetching project

My glitch app is stuck on ‘Fetching Project…’ it’s called farewill-group and here is the console error message (tried in Firefox and Chrome):

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at wss://api.glitch.com/farewill-group/ot?authorization=d1e02e73-2d20-4684-aa21-1dd9b3dfbd0e. reconnecting-websocket.js:209:17
