Bot editor keeps loading. Cannot wakeup bot anymore

So I quit pinging my bot because of the banning.
However when I open the editor to edit the bot it normally should wake up.
But since yesterday it just keeps loading forever and won’t wake up?

You should contact support@glitch.com and ask them to hard refresh your project.
