Can Auto debit amount of 10$ be reversed in case I am not using Glitch?

Hi @glitch_support ,

I didn’t notice that my card got subscribed when I was test my code on Glitch (when I paid for the service for for a month on November). On 3rd December, I got a message saying it automatically deducted 10$ for advance payment for Glitch. I have not been using their service and immediately archived all the projects which I was testing. Wrote to their support to reverse the transaction. No reply yet! Does anyone know of the next step I should take in this case?
