Can't type "/" on console on MacOS/Chrome with CSA Keyboard layout

Hi,

On the console, the “/” key just won’t work at all if you’re in CSA (Canadian Multilingual) keyboard layout. Makes it hard to do anything in a directory! Switching back to US works fine, but it’d be nice if other keyboard layouts would work.

That is really strange, this does not happen to me. Does this issue still occur as the post is getting stale.
