So, glitch is fast, right? All systems operational, EXCEPT ONE. It is, the speed manager, or whatever people say it is. 
Thats been like it since 2 minutes ago! it usually takes less than 5 seconds.
If you have an error in your project startup, this can happen. That icon keeps moving until your project is listening for connections.
