Constan NPM Installations casuing project to be incredibly slow and page won't load

My project, a Discord Bot, keeps doing NPM installations when no one is editing or has edited in a long time. And I also keep getting “express not found” which I know has been common and to resolve: “enable-pnpm” but these issues do not stop. My terminal also sometimes fails to start so I cannot run any commands.

And these restarts take 5 minutes.

just be patient, the project will load, but its still slow tho
