I just heard of Glitch, and I am currently looking to host a Ghost CMS website through Glitch. I am planning to use the free plan to save my costs, in the beginning.
May I ask if the free plan have any bandwidth/storage limits? And is it possible to keep the site up 24/7, through any methods for free?
I heard of pinging, but I also noticed that other mentioned that it will go down if being live from 12 hours? How does that works?

I haven’t looked into how Ghost CMS runs, but in the free plan on Glitch your site goes to “sleep” when there’s no traffic. During sleep, they stop your project’s processes. If someone goes to your site while it’s asleep, Glitch starts the project again and lets it serve that page that the person wanted. So normally you won’t have processes running 24/7, but people can still access your site at any time.
