My static website’s custom domain is not working. I can’t ping glitch.edgeapp.net either but i can reach to website using glitch.me subdomain. How do I fix this?
Update: I can access to the website with custom domain using VPN. But I can’t access to the website in some countries like Turkey and Azerbaijan
Maybe a problem on your server?
Hi @Burak, I’ve reached out to our custom domain feature provider to see if that .net domain is intentionally blocked by certain countries.
Ok @Burak I’m back with an update - our provider said they don’t block any traffic from specific countries and asked if you could provide a traceroute to your custom domain + ip address so their network team can take a look. You can send this to Glitch support by emailing it to support@glitch.com - mention the URL to this thread and we can pass on the info.
