the bot constantly get connection timeout when i attempt to close ticket

Hi @maidos I don’t think your bot’s IP address has been banned - it looks connected to me:
Perhaps there was an intermittent connectivity problem? Preceding errors seemed to indicate a problem with the bot’s token.
hm ok but i keep getting connectivity issue with the discord server but ive regenerated new token and will see if this works
