============================================

I know this exception mostly caused by library’s version issue.So I tried many pip command to solve this problem but it does’t fixed.

I want to ask how to solve and is this problem caused by Glitch.com?:]

This is because of some unintentional problems with glitch. It caused the python version to downgrade to version 3.5.2 which is not support by discord.py. I had this same problem, but hopefully it gets fixed soon.
