the title speaks for itsself. does it have any support whatsover for c++ programs? If so, how do I implement one?

You might find Language support on Glitch: a list useful. In short all the basic c++ tooling like gcc and the like are installed in the Glitch containers so you can use those just as you would when working on a c++ project in your local environment.
