This is probably on your to-do list already, but just to throw it out there, it would be useful to have a “Duplicate this file” option in the file context menu.

Great turnaround time! 
Quick thought. When copying a file, for example data/age-population.csv, how about, instead of the current format copy of data/age-population.csv the default name would be data/age-population-copy.csv?
Usually I copy files into the same directory, so this would be a bit more convenient.
