.env template view is gone

when you’re not a member of a project, you used to be able to see the names of the variables in the .env, but now those aren’t shown either. the .env entry is still in the files list, and it still opens the graphical editor, but it shows up as empty.

example: Glitch :･ﾟ✧

hello-express used to have SECRET and MADE_WITH shown there. you can fork it and see that they still exist

After all, “only project members can see the contents of a .env file.”
