Experiencing permission errors on package dependency installation + TS for Node.js missing in WCG

Continued from the previous post

Attempting to install them by triggering enable-pnpm in console, it’s okay.

But the dependency ts-node doesn’t not found, so that’s means 12+ hours of downtime for WCG. Any solutions for this?
