Few questions about glitch support

Do glitch employees have to be in office in order to answer support emails?

If so what are office hours so I know when to expect a response

If they have to be in office are they going to work during the time of the coronavirus?

Just wondering because I am about to send like my 4th email to glitch support to get a domain removed.

Thanks for asking! I’m sorry that you didn’t get a response. Your messages might have been marked as spam. We are working to improve our spam filter and if we haven’t already, we will be responding to your support request shortly.

In the meantime, here is some info about Glitch Support:

  • We respond to support requests during our regular business hours of Mon-Fri 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST.
  • Our team is currently working remotely during the pandemic, and our business hours have not changed.
  • In most cases, we respond to all messages sent to support@glitch.com within 24 business hours.
  • If you have sent a request and not received a response within this time, it is a good idea to reach out to us via the forum to let us know! So thanks for doing that @Cald-fan !
