Forum users can now contact us via email!

Hello!

Great news! Users with forum accounts can now successfully send messages to support@glitch.com without getting rejected.

In the past, users with registered forum accounts would receive an “email rejected” message when trying to contact us via support@glitch.com, but we have fixed this issue!

You are still welcome to contact us via the forum.

However, here are some reasons why you may prefer to send a message to support@glitch.com instead:

  • You need a custom domain removed from your project.
  • You want to change your account email.
  • Your project has been suspended.
  • You have something that you prefer to discuss privately.
