Great news! Users with forum accounts can now successfully send messages to firstname.lastname@example.org without getting rejected.
In the past, users with registered forum accounts would receive an “email rejected” message when trying to contact us via email@example.com, but we have fixed this issue!
You are still welcome to contact us via the forum.
However, here are some reasons why you may prefer to send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org instead:
- You need a custom domain removed from your project.
- You want to change your account email.
- Your project has been suspended.
- You have something that you prefer to discuss privately.
