Can you send the link to your CSS? Glitch might not be loading it in.
css s sometimes runs but then breaks again
Glitch is having issues so maybe try again later.

it happens to me too. It loads an old version (cache) of the website as Glitch is having an outage. Some resources don’t even load
AFAIK all we can do is wait 
The downtime is also affecting client side frameworks like Vue. All my stuff that was not made using Vue can only be seen along with broken styles.
