Glitch-in-bio submenu on buttons

Hello everyone,

i would like to have submenu on one button for
glitch-in-bio

I have found this.

But i dont know thie vite frame work.
Where do i start?

I would like also replace one button with picture inside, is this possible?
Where do i start?

Is it also possible to make the buttons into tiles and arange them dynamicaly?
