Everytime I try to paste detailed information revising my .env file in my programs, I get the following message and am unable to make edits: Reconnecting…, then “We can’t seem to connect to your project at the moment, apologies. Please try refreshing your browser. If that doesn’t work, contact support and they’ll be able to help you out.”
I tried to contact actual support, but they did not respond within 24 hours. My case number is 00395636, if we have any admin lurking about.
Yes, that could be possible. The problem is, I’ve attempted to remedy this by creating new projects with far less data, and the same thing has occurred. Is it possible I’m hitting the maximum data cap for my projects combined? If so, is there any way to easily reduce that data or delete redundant projects. I am just a bit confused, as I’m new here.
the disk space limit is per project. if you’re able to download some of the files and delete them from your project, that should free up some disk space. if there are files that aren’t code, you can manage them in the project terminal
