Hi I am new to this and have been desperately trying this for days, to use a glitch app that will help me delete my likes on Twitter and have a fresh start. I use this Glitch app (https://glitch.com/~twitter-likes-deleter) and follow all the instructions but when I try to run it, it takes me to error –
Log error:
at Object. (/app/server/twitter-deleter/loadTweetArchive.js:7:19)
It says my app status is okay, but I have this log error, and when I try to run it it says 0 likes detected when I have uploaded the archive that contains 14,000+ likes in code.
Does anyone have any insight on this, or what I can do to make it work? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, thank you SO much!

Hi itsericadani, I’d recommend going to the likes.js file you loaded and scrolling down it to see if there are any lines highlighted red. Often this is caused by a unusual character like “┏┓” . If you can copy the full error messages I might be able to pinpoint what line it is on.
Hi, thank you so much for reaching out to help! After every new tweet (after purple text in coding), the entire part of the tweet’s text is in red, and that’s for the entire likes.js file for thousands of tweets. Where it tells me I have an error is under Tools, and it says Logs: Error - that takes me to the loadTweetArchive.js file where the coding is this:
const localStorage = require(’…/localStorage’)
let tweetsArray =
//idk this seems wrong but dunno why
try {
tweetsArray = require(’…/…/like.js’)
}
catch (e) {
if (e instanceof Error && e.code === “MODULE_NOT_FOUND”)
console.log(“Can’t load foo!”);
else
throw e;
}
module.exports = async () => {
// so it loads the like.js file instead of the csv
console.log(${tweetsArray.length} Tweets loaded
)
localStorage.setItem(‘tweetCount’, tweetsArray.length)
return tweetsArray
}
The parts I put in bold are the parts that are red in the code.
As long as the loadTweetArchive.js is the same as the original the error shouldn’t be from there, it’s almost certainly something in the like.js
file.
If the entire file is red I wonder if you did step 7 in the " Download your Twitter archive data" section?
The first line of the file is window.YTD.like.part0 = [{
replace this with
module.exports= [{
"
Yes, I did do that, and it remains red. The strange thing is when I load the like.js file, all the tweet’s text are in red from the moment the file is loaded, even with its original - window.YTD.like.part0 = [{

Hmm since this is a personal project of mine (I made likes deleter), I think you DM’d me on Twitter? I’ll reply there and I can take a look after work.
Oh yes, that was me! Thank you so much. I really appreciate it!
I’ve come across a similar problem. The exact same error message as noted above appears in my project as well, but only appears after I’ve dropped the like.js file into the window. Even after I change the first line of code in Step 7, the error message still appears.
Thanks for making this app, and your article was very helpful!
