From what I know, the help feature has been deprecated.

The help feature has been completely removed.
There used to be a feature where attempting to do this would show that you should do it in the forum, but now, there is no reference to the “thanks” system. However, all users will keep their “help points” to show em’ off!
You can see on my profile I got a lot of thanks before it was removed.
