it was running until i clicked pause on my uptime robot and now i click start on uptime robot and it doesnt start?

Use a service like Statify or Awake! to keep your bot online. Uptime Robot is known to have issues with keeping Glitch projects up and these options have 1 minute intervals instead of 5

ok, but how do i start it if my bot goes down
It will ping it every minute. You don’t need to do anything. Every minute a request will be made so you don’t have to do anything and it should be online 24/7
