How long to wait after reaching max requests

I started a new project and seem to have made too many requests.
After a few more requests, now the site is just loading forever and no message is even coming through.
Is this how it should be?

How long should I wait before this thing resets? @Glitch_Response

Wait up to an hour as the requests are per hour.
