I am getting the error Please copy the “Actions” folder from the Discord Bot Maker directory to this bot’s directory:

(When i upload actions it says that it cant upload and that i have to wait a few seconds)

I’ve never seen that particular bot error; it might be helpful if folks could look at your bot’s code for specific guidance.
I’ve also never seen the upload error you mention; can you describe precisely what you did to get that and perhaps send a screenshot of the error?

It appears you are using DBM. Go to where DBM is installed on your pc and copy the “Actions” folder to your glitch project.
