I want to delete my account but I don't have access to my email

I really need help but Glitch support has not gotten back to me for several weeks.

I made a Glitch account a long time ago using a school email address that I no longer have access to. I made a project in my account with lots of my personal information and I want to delete my account asap. I remember my email address, username, and even my password, but when I try to log in using my deactivated school email address, Glitch does not let me log in. I want to delete my account but I don’t know what to do. The only way to log into my account is using my email address, I want to just log in using only my username. Please, Glitch Support, please answer me.

Are you using the Magic Link way to sign in? If so, try using the “Password” version. If you can get into the account, you can delete the project.

Thanks so much for your response. I tried using the password method of signing in but it keeps telling me the login information is invalid.

You’re going to have to write in to support@glitch.com and provide all the details that are relevant to proving you own the account in question and the projects in question. This is not something that can be resolved through the forum.
