It says this (Glitch cannot connect)

Seems like a bug, you should let support@glitch.com know about this.

there are actually a lot of reasons this can happen, like if you lose internet in a way. Also might happen after switching to a glitch tab after a long time or on a unstable wifi(travelling wifi ahem)
