add a more efficient way, and a more built-in java system

Sadly I have read that if they would add more supported languages, java would be on the lower side of the list. The best way currently (what I think) is through a glitch.json and using maven. I don’t know if you’re familliar with maven, its basically for dependencies so you don’t have to download and upload your dependencies like normal jars. I can give an example/create an example glitch project if you need it.
