Keeping projects always on

I want to make my project always on, but without Pro. I know it will use up hours, but I’m fine with that because I don’t have any popular projects that will make me run out of hours.

Does anyone know how to make my project stay awake?

I think the glitch-accepted ways are to be editing or viewing your project or to have someone else be editing or viewing the project.

keeping the project awake in an automated way without any personal involvement is against the rules

pinging your website every 5 mins, the time required for it to go to sleep, would completely fill up all your hours in a few days.

opening the website every 5 mins or keeping the editor open would prob do the same thing. the only way to keep your website always on is to buy pro and make it boosted

41.6 days… longer than it takes to reset your project hours, as long as it’s only one project

Just as an official note: as already mentioned, using automation to keep your project running is a violation of the Glitch terms, and can get your project suspended. We monitor for this behaviour, and repeat offenders have gotten their user accounts banned over it. Don’t ask folks how you can break the rules, simply pay for a pro account if you need an always-on project, or accept the fact that your free project (which is free for you, but not free for Glitch, running your project costs us money) turns off after a short period and if you need it to stay up, Glitch may not be the right place to run this specific project.
