Legal link doesn't match blog post

According to the ‘legal’ link:

In order to use the Service, You must have a valid Account. To acquire an Account for the Service, You must provide HyperDev with an electronic mail address and other information (“Registration Data”).

But according to the blog post at http://joelonsoftware.com/items/2016/05/30.html you can use the service without creating an account.

One of those things is false.

Thanks - will get that fixed up. You don’t need to make an account at the moment, but it’s there as an option if you want projects to stick around.
