I was working on a project all weekend, and suddenly it became completely empty.

I checked out the git project, and it’s empty (and was created today, even though the project has existed for longer)
I was renaming files when it happened
Is it gone forever?
Hiya @hclarke, welcome to the Glitch forum and sorry for the bother! I’m not sure what happened here, but we do have some backups of your project and I can see a change in backup size between 1:20 UTC and 1:32 UTC this morning which seems likely to reflect the lost code that you’re seeing.
With your approval I’ll restore the earlier backup and you can see if things look better.

for your debugging purposes:
there’s a file in the restored project named _conflict_d709d46c136d that wasn’t there before
There were two of us editing the project when the error occured
I was renaming files when it happened
everything other than that conflict file looks like it did a few minutes before the error
