Hi there @xHyroM!
Welcome to the Glitch Support Forum - we’re really glad you came here to ask what’s going on with your project. Can you give the name of your project and what it is so we can assist?

How long are they responsible for?

If you let us know what your project name is and what the project does, we may be able to help you here. If not, the Glitch Support Team usually reply to emails within 24-48 hours

My bot: https://glitch.com/edit/#!/xhyrom-infinitybot

Well it’s a long 24h: /

I can see this message on your project

“Project xhyrom-infinitybot suspended: Violating Terms of Service. SKM”

Can you let us know what the bot did?

My robot contained music and normal commands

Glitch doesn’t usually block projects for doing nothing. Usually, the term ‘SKM’ which you can see at the end of the message on your project is associated with proxies. Are you sure your bot didn’t do anything against the ToS (pornographic content, pinging or being pinged, etc.)?

My bot has an express glitch keepalive package

But it was only installed I didn’t have an app there.use (keepalive)

That might be it. Also read the ToS for more info: Glitch: The friendly community where everyone builds the web
For example:

June 22, 2020
We made the following changes to our Terms of Service:
We updated the section on Service Usage limits (section E) to include this line: ‘We reserve the right to delete, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services if we determine you are circumventing our services usage limits.’
We also added this section:
j. Infrastructure Integrity
We reserve the right to delete, suspend, or terminate your access to, or ability to use, any and all Services that we determine to be placing undue strain on our infrastructure. These changes were made in response to ping services on Glitch and our efforts to make the site more stable. You can read more about those efforts here.

I’m not bypassing anything

And will they at least give me a backup bot?

They may have done an automatic search for any projects with the keepalive package installed, no matter if they were using it, and blocked them, but it’s best to just wait for support@glitch.com to get back to you

They may zip it up and send it for you - I don’t know though
Edit: would recommend asking for that as they may not give it to you if you don’t ask - they take backups so they should be able to give it to you

Thank you for informing me

SKM means the project was using proxies, oddly enough.
