Overwrite previous console line ("\r" functionality)

In bash, you can overwrite the previous console line output with something like:

Any chance Glitch could support these methods, or alternatively a provide a proprietary way of doing this?

I would like this to be able to do things like loading bars in the console output.

Maybe a custom function/program that can be called in bash script like glitch_delete_previous_line
