I can reproduce your issue - the project isn’t being renamed, you can see the project-name doesn’t change in the URL as the ‘css’ name is already taken by a private project, but the UI isn’t handling that as it should. I’ve raised a ticket and we’ll get it fixed up. Thanks for reporting.
