I’ve been working on a project that’s really cool - totally made possible by the amazing Glitch - and is a benefit to a local community (https://ness-bin-schedule.glitch.me/), and it was all working just fine… Last time I logged in it took ages to load, so I just closed it. Then more recently I couldn’t open the project at all and I got the following message: “We can’t seem to connect to your project at the moment, apologies. Please try refreshing your browser. If that doesn’t work, contact support and they’ll be able to help you out.”. Any ideas what’s going on?
I really want to upgrade as glitch is awesome, but finances are really tight rn and so I’m working at getting the money together for the upgrade, would the upgrade fix this? Thanks
Update1: Thanks for all the insights and to everyone who has read and/or responded this, I really appreciate you all! I’ve written to the support and will update here when I know more.
Update2: Glitch support wrote back - I realized that they wrote back first thing Monday morning - and say they are looking into this, so hopefully there’s a resolution soon.
Update3: Glitch support are AWESOME and have already totally fixed this. Given the time difference and that my initial message was sent to them at the weekend I’m super impressed that Glitch allocated support time to fix this so quickly. Thanks so much to everyone who responded and helped!!!
Update4: Funds are really tight rn, but Glitch is AWESOME so I just spent the money to upgrade my account. Looking forward to building lots more useful tools. Thanks again for all the help and support.
I remixed the project and I also can’t load it. Then, I tried looking at the source code in the project page, and it still don’t work. Then, I checked the console, and I think it’s probably Glitch’s problem.
I discovered that the file contents are sent by websockets, so it’s hard for you to retrieve them directly. Maybe contact Glitch for support.
We are working on a project and when we try to open the website it says: Sit didn’t respond. We have checked all the code and no errors are showing up in the log. We have refreshed and tried everything, but nothing has worked. What should we do? The image of the error is below.
I just checked to see if the site is up, and it loads up quickly for me. If that’s not the case when you try, can you send a detailed message to support? Let us know at support@glitch.com. Thanks!
Hi Jenn,
Yes everything is working perfectly now thank you so much!
I’ve been so impressed with you, and the support response that - even tho times are financially really hard for our family rn - I’ve upgraded my Glitch subscription, and hopefully I can make some progress on these apps and find a good way to monetize them.
Thank you for being awesome!
Kindest regards,
Alex
