Project suspended: grabr (code: PBR and SKM) and more problems

A recent project I’ve been working on, ~grabr, has been suspended with the following error message:

Reason for suspension: Violating Terms of Service. PBR
If you think this was done in error, email support@glitch.com.

What happened? Did I break any terms?

I spent all day working on this new project, I don’t want to lose it. Plus, the exported .tgz file is not converting properly to .zip (using all online converters I could find)

Why I think I didn't break any terms

Here is a checklist:

Upon re-reading the terms of service, I didn’t find anything that falls into my project’s category
My memory was low
No explicit content
The website was a Node Express server hosting a script

Here is a list of content that Glitch bans:

is unlawful or promotes unlawful activities;
is or contains sexually obscene content;
is libelous, defamatory, or fraudulent;
is discriminatory or abusive toward any individual or group;
is degrading to others on the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual preference, orientation or identity, disability, or other classification or otherwise represents or approves content that: is hate speech, discriminating, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence;
is violative to any person’s right to privacy or publicity or otherwise solicits, collects, or publishes data, including personal information and login information, about other Users without consent or for unlawful purposes in violation of any applicable international, federal, state or local law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
contains or installs any active malware or exploits/uses our platform for exploit delivery (such as part of a command or control system); or
infringes on any proprietary right of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other rights

My project does not fit in any of these categories

Edit: I have sent an email to Glitch support. Ticket ID: 675802
Edit 2: I am also unable to manage the ticket I created, as I can’t log in to Glitch’s Zendesk. Is this a major outage?
Edit 3: I have created a new project to save some stuff until I wait, ~grabr-temp. It also got suspended
Edit 4: Unsuspended
Edit 5: The project got suspended again, this time with code SKM

Thanks for reaching out to Glitch Support!

It looks like your project was flagged by our automated suspension systems for containing code that is usually found in projects used for phishing. Sorry about that!

Let me know if you have any further questions about this!

Glad support was able to resolve this for you!

And for some context, there are patterns that we see in a number of malicious/phishing kits used on Glitch which we look for in projects and if yours gets caught the best way to handle it is to contact support@glitch.com. The more you share such phrases in public, the more bad actors can see them and change thier kits to get around our tooling, and the more broad our phrases will have to be to catch such projects - this would likely lead to more false positive suspensions.

I just wanted to call that out here so that you know why we aren’t as public about this as we are about other support issues - and ask you to be mindful of what you share from our conversations in support emails/tickets.
