Project suspended, multiple emails sent to Glitch support, no response whatsoever

On December 23, my Glitch project was suspended for “exceeding node_modules space”. I am unsure exactly what this error means, so I contacted Glitch support by emailing support@glitch.me, however I never heard back. I assumed since it was a holiday week I needed to give them more time, however nearly two weeks later I still haven’t heard anything, even after following up with them.

If anybody from the Glitch team sees this, any assistance would be greatly appreciated at this point—this has been an urgent issue for me since the project was initially suspended. I would like to move my project off of Glitch by deploying it to Digital Ocean, however I am unable to do anything until Glitch reinstates my project or tells me how to fix this.

Again, I understand it was a holiday week, but I find this ridiculous as a paying Glitch customer. Glitch should not be suspending projects if their team is unable to respond to the support channels they specifically tell you to contact in these instances. I did not want to post about this publicly, but I now feel like it’s the only way to get Glitch’s attention.

hey @Byline I’ll take a look. If I have specific follow up questions, I’ll send them via the ticket

Thank you, much appreciated
