I don’t see an error but when I click on my project name to select, nothing happens and logs only show:
Serving at http://037b9770a:3000, http://127.0.0.1:3000
Is this the same issue?

What if glitch could also do diffs on the client side when the connection is lost and you could download patch/diff files to upload to the server the next time you get your internet back.
Hello, this issue is now resolved. Projects should no longer show a reconnecting error. If you have a project that is still showing this error, please send us a support request. Be sure to include the name of your project.
