Public IP address for hyperdev.space applications

Does an application running under the hyperdev.space domain have a fixed IP address? When I check I see 54.237.208.177 but not sure if that is always the case.

The reason I am asking is I want to prototype some code that requires access to a server that is licensed and they require the IP address of the connecting machine as part of the license check.

No, the IP address for your application can change any time.

Too bad. Lets see if they are strict about the requirements. If so I will just have to develop this from my home PC.
