I keep using some on accident from afking.
Over in the help center there’s a page on Project Info that I think will help you figure out where you stand with regard to project hours. Let me know if you still have questions!

You can wait until the next month starts. Project hours are replenished on the first day of each month.
yeah, gotta be careful about afking. although usually the editor disconnects itself if you’re inactive for 30 minutes
