I am a Glitch Pro user and have my own app hosted on Glitch with multiple endpoints. I am sending requests to these endpoints from two different IP addresses at the same rate. However, while one IP successfully passes through, the other consistently receives a “Too Many Requests” error and has been experiencing this issue for several hours.
From my understanding, Glitch Pro removes rate limits, so I am wondering if this particular IP has been blocked or restricted for some reason. Both IPs are hosted by different providers.
Please write in to support@glitch.com so someone can have a look at what’s going on (even though boosted apps are technically not rate limited, DDoS protection will still kick in if you hammer your own projects, for example)
It looks like your message got lost in the support team changing support software - I’ve let them know about it, and it sounds like they were able to find it so you should hopefully get a reply in a few days at most.
