Slack bot for translating timezones

Gomix = great dev experience with console to implement a Slack bot. The fact that it sleeps hasn’t been an issue. It’s actually nice that it only wakes when needed, otherwise not using resources. :fire::moneybag:

My little timebot replies to /time 1pm with that time translated to everybody’s timezone in the channel.
