Incessantly harassing technical support and complaining, is not going to get your issue solved any faster.
Someone has already suggested a way that you could try fixing this issue yourself.
This just makes you look incredibly impatient, rude, and lazy. Why can’t you be kind, and realize that on the other side of the screen you are dealing with a human being.
