SQLite DB (i think) causing Knex error

I’m getting the below error on my project https://glitch.com/~welkin-videochat
My intuition says it is about DB access but none of the lines in the error point to code in my project. Can someone give me a hand in understanding what is going on?

Thanks for the help.

It seems like this is related to my use of https://www.npmjs.com/package/better-queue-sql and https://www.npmjs.com/package/better-queue

I deleted the sqlite db and refreshed the glitch and it worked again. It isn’t clear to my what I should be doing differently to effectively use this library.

Thanks for any insight you have.
