The base image hello-website, static website remix on glitch.com appears to have a node_modules directory. It’s not really a big deal but it’s not really needed as far as I know and can probably be removed so it doesn’t appear in any new instances. To reproduce just remix https://glitch.com/edit/#!/remix/hello-website.
