Struggling to make a disable command

I need my discord bot to have a command return when it is disabled using !disable . I need a way to store each guild into a database, but can’t seem to figure out how to use them. Any code I can try?

Try checking out https://github.com/AnIdiotsGuide/guidebot The command handler has a way to enable/disable commands.
